The first phase of the project mainly includes an 80 ton converter, a molten iron pouring station (including molten iron pretreatment), an online LF refining furnace, a single stream slab continuous casting machine, and all supporting medium pipeline systems in the main workshop. The installation and manufacturing of equipment for the converter's primary and secondary dust removal systems (including mixed iron furnace system dust removal, feeding system, and LF furnace system dust removal), water system (including continuous casting, cyclone well, sedimentation tank), transformer power supply system, control system, and process structure;

       The scale is 1 million tons per year, the project started on May 3, 2003 and was completed on August 25, 2004, with a construction area of 16000 square meters.
