The project is an 8-span steel structure factory building, covering an area of 58000 square meters, with a steel structure production and installation capacity of 42000 tons. It is equipped with three 210 ton converters, including slab continuous casting, billet continuous casting, LF refining furnace, RH furnace and other equipment.

     The project started on April 15, 2003 and was completed on July 15, 2004, with a scale of 2 million tons of steel per year.
