The 1 # dry quenching project of Shougang Coking Plant has a construction area of 18820 square meters, with equipment installation of 2100 tons and steel structure of 1397 tons. The project design scale is 65t/h. The project started in June 1999 and was completed in January 2001. In May 2002, it was awarded the title of "High Quality Engineering" by the Ministry of Metallurgy.
