The main continuous casting plant of this project is a single-layer bent frame structure, with all main structures made of steel. The plant has a total of 6 spans, including casting span, cutting span, transverse span, billet discharge span 1, billet discharge span 2, slab storage span 1, and slab storage span 2. The total span is 239 meters, with a total length of 113.5 meters and a building area of approximately 27126.5 square meters. The total weight of the mechanical equipment is approximately 18109t; The process pipeline is 260 tons. The production and installation of steel structures weigh approximately 32392 tons. Design scale: 6 million tons/year of qualified cast billets.
