The project is located in Kelanbakayaxi, the capital of Angola, Luanda. It has a daily sewage treatment capacity of 35000 tons and a construction period of 365 days. It was officially handed over in 2014 and is Angola's first large-scale modern sewage treatment plant. It is a turnkey project that integrates construction, equipment, process technology training, and operation management. More than ten African heads of state, including Angola, Nigeria, and Zambia, have visited the plant and given high praise.
