The project is located approximately 1 kilometer from Addis Ababa Bole International Airport in Ethiopia, and is an EPC project with a total construction area of 80600 square meters. It features a shear wall structure and is designed as a 2+G+8 story building with a height of 45 meters. The project includes an aviation museum, various specialty restaurants, and 730 rooms, with a construction period of 900 days. At this point, the number of hotel rooms has increased to 1024, making it the largest hotel in Ethiopia and Africa. The grand opening ceremony of the second phase of the hotel was held on May 5, 2023.
