The Rime Island Seaview Building in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates consists of a 3-storey parking structure, a health club, a swimming pool, a 3-storey apartment, a top floor mechanical and electrical equipment room, and a roof. It has 18 floors above ground and a total construction area of 28670 square meters, with a total of 138 households. Construction began in April 2016 and was completed in February 2018.
