The project is located in Luhonggu, Benguela Province, Angola. It is a new type of town developed and constructed by the local government to solve livelihood problems, covering an area of 7 square kilometers, including 2000 residential units, supporting public buildings, sewage treatment plants and other municipal facilities. Construction began in May 2012 and was fully completed in May 2015.
