The project is located in Foundry Village, Shijingshan District, Beijing, with a total construction area of 35161 square meters. Building 4 has 13 floors and Building 7 has 15 floors. It adopts eight new technologies, including steel frame steel support structure system. The project can achieve a three-star green building rating and an assembly rate of AA level. It has been listed as a pilot project for residential industrialization by the Beijing Municipal Construction Commission.
