On the morning of September 23rd, the 2021 National Day Tiananmen Square themed flower basket was unveiled with surprise. This is the 14th consecutive year that Shougang Construction Group has undertaken the task of producing and installing flower basket structures for the National Day Tiananmen Square themed landscape. This year's flower basket is themed "Blessing the Motherland", with the words "Blessing the Motherland, 1949-2021" written on the south side of the basket and "Celebrating National Day, 1949-2021" written on the north side of the basket. The bottom of the flower basket has a diameter of 45 meters and features a sunflower pattern, symbolizing the blooming sunflowers facing towards the sun. The flower basket is made of steel frame structure, and the basket body is made of fiberglass material, which can withstand wind of level 10. The entire flower basket has a top height of 18 meters, a basket body height of 16 meters, and a basket plate diameter of 12 meters. It is composed of a sloping flower basket, a glass basket belly, a glass basket plate, and a basket core from bottom to top. There are about 10 giant simulated flowers in the flower basket: sunflowers, Shandan Dan, Yingshan Hong, and Hongmei, symbolizing the red heart towards the party and the courage to fight; Peonies and carnations bless the prosperity and flourishing of our motherland.
