The new road construction project of Hangshui Lake East Road is an urban secondary road connecting Chang'an Avenue and Fushi Road, starting from the intersection of Yongzhong Road on the west extension of Chang'an Avenue (marker K4) in the south and ending at Fushi Road in the north. The total length is about 1.87km. This project mainly includes road engineering, pipeline engineering, underground pipe gallery engineering and ancillary engineering, landscaping engineering, etc.
