At the same time, the Qiangang Power Three Total Reduction 35KV Coarse Rolling TCR System Equipment Renovation Project was also under construction. During the shutdown and maintenance of the first steelmaking plant, our group mainly undertook the maintenance of overhead cranes 103 #, 113 #, and 135 #; 1 # slab strengthened for 20 hours; The sliding line inspection, screw fastening, replacement of damaged porcelain bottles, and equipment replacement of C-train and F-train overhead cranes were carried out. The working area was relatively wide, and after the efforts of the participating personnel, the production was put into operation one day ahead of schedule, which was praised by the owner unit.
