The flame cleaning machine of Shougang's relocation steelmaking system is undergoing a mid maintenance project, scheduled from June 27th to July 21st, 2017, for a total of 25 days. The main content of this maintenance project is to dismantle the flame cleaning machine normally, dismantle and replace all spare parts on board, complete the piping of the dry oil system, and conduct process mapping of some spare parts. At the same time, there are 36 motors in the peripheral water system that need to be taken offline for maintenance and reinstallation, and the high-pressure water pipeline needs to be replaced with filters. Completed the mid maintenance task 7 days ahead of schedule and successfully completed a test drive.
