From April 28th to May 28th, 2013, after a month, Shougang Construction Group successfully completed the repair project of Shougang Shuicheng 4 # blast furnace. On April 27, 2013, an accident occurred with the gravity dust collector of the No. 4 blast furnace at Shougang Shugang. On April 28, repair personnel from Shougang Construction Group entered the repair site one after another, overcoming many difficulties such as narrow site, tight schedule, frequent rainfall, high-altitude dismantling and installation, and cross operation. At 17:30 on May 23, the downcomer was successfully lifted and closed, and at 18:20 on May 28, the blast furnace air supply was successful. The repair project was successfully completed and highly praised by the owner.
