On November 17, 2017, the hot rolling 2250 production line of Shougang Jingtang Company was inspected, with a total construction period of 14 days. In addition to undertaking routine maintenance projects, this year's maintenance also includes undertaking maintenance and technical renovation projects that do not meet the construction conditions for regular scheduled maintenance. We have undertaken a total of 95 mechanical maintenance projects (23 for heating furnaces, 28 for rough rolling, 15 for precision rolling, and 29 for coiling), 15 for process projects, and 22 for electrical maintenance projects. The total number of people invested is about 560. The construction period is 12 days, and the maintenance task should be completed 2 days in advance. After being put into operation, the precision of the hot rolling production line equipment has greatly improved, and all equipment is operating normally with stable production, receiving high praise from the owner unit.
