During the period of June 15 to July 4, 2016, Beijing Shougang Construction Group Co., Ltd. undertook the maintenance project of the No. 2 converter furnace in the Qiangang Steelmaking Plant, with a construction period of 19 days. The project included maintenance of the tilting system, maintenance of the skirt and transverse moving car, replacement of the furnace top protective cover, replacement of the movable end ear shaft bearing, replacement of the transverse moving flue, maintenance of the oxygen lance sealing scraper mechanism, maintenance of the oxygen lance system, and maintenance of the auxiliary lance system. Through the joint efforts of all personnel in the project department, the project was completed on schedule and received high praise from the owner unit.
