In April 2011, the pressure differential power generation (TRT) system of the 2nd blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang Company was shut down for intermediate maintenance. Shougang Construction Group completed all intermediate maintenance tasks such as turbine cylinder removal, rotor disassembly, maintenance, reassembly, inlet and outlet valve and pipeline maintenance, hydraulic system maintenance, etc. as scheduled, smoothly, safely, and with quality assurance. After the intermediate repair, the thermal test of the 2 # blast furnace differential pressure generator unit was successfully completed in one attempt. After being put into operation, the stability of the equipment has greatly improved, and all devices are running normally with stable production.

       The implementation of the intermediate maintenance project for the pressure differential power generation (TRT) system of the 2nd blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang Company fully proves that Shougang Construction Group has the ability to maintain the pressure differential power generation system and provide high-quality and efficient services to the owner units.
