The project is located in Qidingshan, Henan Province. It took 8 months to successfully install 17 Mingyang 3.0W wind turbines in place. During the construction process, the project team carefully formulated and deployed lifting plans based on the complex and changing terrain of the mountainous construction. On the one hand, a mixed main arm of 108 meters was used for hoisting to meet the installation requirements of large wind turbines; On the other hand, each wind turbine adopts a seven hook hoisting and positioning method, which involves hoisting 5 tower sections into 5 hooks, hoisting the engine room with one hook, assembling the hub and fan blades on the ground, and finally positioning the last hook in a seven step hoisting process; Thirdly, on the basis of ensuring safety, the 108 meter full pole walking achieved 15 smooth displacements of the main crane, effectively reducing the transition time.
