This project is located at the southwest corner of SG-N-3 block in Shougang Industrial Park, adjacent to the west extension of Chang'an Avenue to the south and the east road of the drying pool to the west. The total planned construction area is 12290.00 square meters, with a building height of 30 meters. This project is a supporting office building for Shougang's high-end industrial comprehensive service area, including office, operation and maintenance center, sales display, exhibition and other functions.
