The total construction area is nearly 90000 square meters, with 6 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with a total height of 37.5 meters. The project started in 2014 and was completed in 2016. The project has been awarded the titles of "National Metallurgical Industry Quality Project" and "Qinhuangdao City Quality Project".
