This project is the second phase of Zhongguancun Electronic City (Kunming) Science and Technology Industrial Park. The construction site is located on the north side of the Dianzhong Airport Industrial Park Management Committee in Kunming, west to Planning Road 97, east to Planning Road 98, north to Planning Road 105, and south to Yunshui Road. The building area is 67847.68 square meters, including 12 individual projects. There is one underground floor and four above ground floors, with a main building height of 22.9m, using a reinforced concrete frame structure.
