The Seven Star Morgan Plaza office building project is located on North Fourth Ring Middle Road in Chaoyang District, Beijing, 1000 meters away from the Olympic Bird's Nest. The office building has a height of 191 meters, a construction area of 101439 square meters, and a steel structure weight of approximately 21000 tons. The project started in September 2006 and was completed in October 2008. Building A of the office building won the China Steel Structure Gold Award (National Quality Engineering).
